So, who is eligible for the Canada Learning Bond?

A child is eligible for the CLB if they meet the following criteria:

  • Are a resident of Canada
  • Were born after 2004
  • Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • Net family adjusted income is less than or equal to $49,020 between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022
  • Are named in a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP)

Don’t delay, the sooner you apply for the Canada Learning Bond, the more interest will be earned for post-secondary education.
