September 16, 2022 by LorriK

Do you know that there is a shortage of qualified child care workers right now?

You could use your Canada Learning Bond money to attend College or University to become a qualified Early Childhood Educator (ECE). Positions are available virtually anywhere in Ontario. In some cases there may be additional incentives to help pay for tuition.

Early Childhood Educators play an important role in today’s economy. First by providing quality child care that enables parents to participate in the workforce and secondly, by helping to build an educational foundations for children to enter school ready to learn. ECEs focus on helping children with critical developmental milestones, social-emotional skills and the basics of numeracy, literacy, and critical thinking.

Don’t delay, register your children for the Canada Learning Bond if your family income is eligible.
