February 27th is Election Day in Ontario.
If you are over 18, a Canadian citizen and a resident of Ontario you are eligible to vote in the Ontario provincial election. Voting can occur in many ways, by mail, at your local election office on election day or at an advance voting location. There is also an on-line voting option. In mid-February Voter Election cards will be mailed out with voting details.
During the campaigning period, local candidates will be attending all-Candidates meetings, knocking on doors and attending rallies to let everyone know how they would best serve the needs of the people. It’s up to you to decide who to vote for.
Be sure to participate in Ontario’s provincial election to have a voice in your government.
