Movember is an annual event in the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide. Movember is a combination of the English diminutive word for moustache (mo) and November.
Many men will grow moustaches in November and raise money to contribute to organizations that support men’s health and wellness.
Men can participate by registering at movember.com
Each Mo Bro must begin the 1st of Movember with a clean-shaven face. For the entire month of Movember each Mo Bro must Grow and groom a moustache. The rules are: Don’t fake it. No beards, no goatees and no fake moustaches.
Women can support the cause by donating funds or hosting an event.
There is often a lot of fun in Movember as growing a moustache changes how people look!
