Lambton County has over 300 kilometers of beaches. Beaches give us access to the freshwater of the Great Lakes, with most local beaches on the shores of Lake Huron. you can enjoy swimming, sports, boating and picnics at the beach.
National Beach Day encourages people to spend time at the beach. While you’re there, you can also take some time to do some clean-up to help keep the beaches beautiful for everyone to enjoy.
If you are at the beach visiting with friends and relatives, be sure to tell them about the Canada Learning Bond. They may be eligible for up to $2,000 for post-secondary education.
